Hi again!
The Problem seems to be solved. After installing 6.0.5 today, I was able to see the front end list with the latest uploads again.
Thanks for your support.

Hello,
I’m sorry that I’m getting back to you that late. Unfortunately, I was involved in a number of other topics and the notification about the new reply ended up in the spam folder. But now I have to come back to the topic because the plugin is now telling me that the version I’m using has expired (although it’s definitely paid). This, I suspect, is because I am still using the 5 version.
I will try to record the error shortly and post it.

Hi and thank you for the quick reply!
As this is our internal company intranet, unfortunately I cannot provide a link.
I have added the sidebar with the latest file uploads as a widget. This widget will probably be removed during the update. That is why I added it again. But it does not appear. As a test, I reactivated the old version 5.4.1 and did the same there – and it worked. So the error seems to be with the new plugin version.

Hello,
thanks a lot. That helped (as I guessed 😉 ). Download Manager is now looking and working fine again.
Best regards

Hi again,
sorry for the late reply. I couldn’t work on the problem for a few days.
I’ve tried everything you suggested – without success. In the meantime I had to find out that the upload area of the download manager in the backoffice is also displayed completely broken. All graphics (e.g. the icons) are not displayed and also the CSS for the upload area is obviously not loaded correctly, because the whole page is faulty.
Is there any way to re-install an older or the current version without touching the uploaded files or database? I guess this is the only way to solve the problem.
Regards
Harry
Disabling other plugins didn’t change anything. What do you mean with “switch them to others”?
In my opinion the best way would be to re-roll die previous version or to re-install the new version without touching the files and database. Any chance to do it this way?
I’m very sorry but because it’s our intranet no external access is permitted by our IT security rules and settings.
Thanks a lot! Now everything’s working fine again.
When I press the button I get back to the top of the page.
Sorry, I can’t share the URL because the download section is part of our company intranet. I’m using version 5.1.15.
