It seems that the cache was working.

Hi,

Regarding the table about the summary of monthly download history,
the horizontal axis is displayed with a decimal point, is it possible to fix this problem?

Hi Shahjada,

WP’s native export/import is fine if you export everything, but if you select only wpdm and export it, the media files will not be exported.
My migration was completed using the aforementioned method, so no support is required.

Hi Humayon,

As it turns out, the WordPress export and import failed to migrate WPDM posts.

I’ve always used the WP All Import plugin and never used the core WordPress tools export and import, so I now know that this feature does not output media files when exporting individual post types.

In migrating the WPDM posts to the production site, I decided to perform the following.

– Use the Export media with selected content plugin to export and import media files for WPDM posts as well.
– The parent-child relationship of categories is not inherited, so you need to manually fix it or set it beforehand.

Hi Shahjada,

When do you plan to fix the problem with the decimal point display on the horizontal axis of the monthly download table?

We are planning to deliver this system in the day after tomorrow.

Hi Shahjada,

Thanks for letting me know about the fix.
I installed 6.0.4 and tried the user filter, but the result was no result.
The following request returned an empty array in the result.
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpdm_stats_get_users&term=example

Has this fix been reflected in the update of the plugin itself yet?

Hi Humayon,

I was having trouble with the output not being in the export file, but I see that if I format it for Import, it will be fine.

However, I am having a hard time figuring out the file paths of featuread images for hundreds of files. It would be nice if the export function also had an output of the featured image.

Hi Tanvir,

I would like to ask you about two issues.

The first one is that the date in the monthly summary graph is displayed with a decimal point.
It turns out that this is caused by the width of the browser window.
The decimal point is displayed at 1670px, but at 1400px, it is displayed as an integer.
Can you please fix this?

As for the second problem of not being able to search by username and email, the following search function resulted in empty data. Please let me know the cause. I wish I could get a hint of the function I might be related to.
*Of course, I am searching for users that exist in the download history.

And one question.
Assuming the second user search works correctly, is it possible to have the display name included in the user filter?
There is a slight inconvenience in the user search because this screen is not subject to customization.
If possible, I would be happy if it is easy to search users.

Hi Tanvir,

Thank you for deleting it.

I see the decimal point is displayed in our environment…
I wonder if the browser language changes the process.
It seems that at least with the same settings in Wordpres, when you access the site, it shows the date as an integer, while we (and other browsers and others) see the decimal point.
I wish there was some setting I could make against drawing this graph …

Thanks for testing this issue.
However, when I put the email of the user listed in the download list in the user field, Searching… No results found.
Can I search by Email?　*Subscriber does not use the username on this site.
Can’t you do a partial match for the Email address?

I also have two questions.

– Is it possible to filter by category?
– For the bar graph of monthly downloads in the overview, the horizontal axis is displayed as “2.5” to “30.0” with a decimal point. What does this mean?

Thanks for pointing out the page where the clean template is used.
I couldn’t get the package size correctly, so I used wpdm_get_package() to get it and it showed up.

Hi,

I was also able to confirm that the password reset email was sent.
However, the body of the email template was in English.
Is this you?　If so, please change it back to original our text.

The problem with the user name not showing up has also been resolved.
No problem, because you are not logged in, so you cannot retrieve it.

The reason why the email could not be sent was because the template override was destroyed in the 6.0 update.
The following issues have been resolved.

Thank you for the details.
I was able to confirm that I can overwrite the file in src views by copying it to /download-manager in the theme.
