If it’s going to take a while to release the update can you let me know which of the other form options that Form lock supports that can do this.

Hi
I am also trying to achieve this using your Live Forms plugin but cannot see any obvious way to do this. I need to add the package name to the ‘Admin Notification’ email. Are there any instructions on how to do this? I am also using the ‘WordPress Download Manager Special Pack’
