I may have found a fix. When on a WordPress MS Install the plugin seems to require the following tables to be also copied across:-

wp_8_ahm_filemeta
wp_8_ahm_files

I’m guessing the Downlaod Manager creates them on activation.

Need to test further to confirm this is a fix.

Yes indeed I found the same, although I didn’t need to change the CHMOD. Just deactivated and then re-activated fixed the permissions. For my purposes I’m creating site on the fly and would have wanted to avoid this step for clients, but it seems necessary for WordPress to write permissions unfortunately.
