Registration emails with passwords are also not being sent out to people wanting to register

I have changed the shortcode in the registration page and it has no difference. I have tried

[wpdm_reg_form verifyemail=true|false]

[wpdm_reg_form verifyemail=true]

[wpdm_reg_form verifyemail=false]

no difference you still have password options in the registration form and the password entered automatically registers you to log in.

What am I doing wrong?

I deactivated wordfence and then got this response
