Your reply is completely unacceptable.
YOUR plugin is causing an issue with an existing plugin that has been used on this site for years!!
Learnpress have already said they cannot help as it is YOUR plugin causing this issue.

If you are not going to resolve this issue then I insist you refund payment immediately.

I am very annoyed.

Excuse me Nayeem but it is not their responsibility.
Their plug-in works perfectly with all other plug-ins except your own. I have paid for your plug-in and it is causing a conflict with an existing one. Why are you telling me it’s not your problem??

It is not the responsibility of Learnpress developers to fix a problem caused by the installation of your plugin!!
I am furious that you are not trying to fix the issue yourself.
Are you going to look at the issue or not?

Nayeem – I’m sorry, but I don’t understand your reply.
YOUR plugin is stopping the existing Learnpress plugin from working correctly. I dont know what you mean regarding “use WPDM login/register feature”.

Can you please resolve this issue for us as its your plugin at fault.
We are in serious trouble with the live version of this site as no customers are able to register for training courses.

Thats great.
Finally how would I add a drop-down “category” selector to the filter on https://wpdmpro.w3eden.com/category-shortcode/ ?

So lets say I would like to use the link template “call to action 4” so that my downloads page listing looks like the “Call To Action 4” example on https://try.wpdownloadmanager.com/ready-to-use-templates/

and I would like to show downloads from category slugs “category-1” and “category-2” and show them in a grid totalling no more than 12 at a timer with pagination.

What would that shortcode look like?

Nayeem, where will I find the template IDs to use?
Your “link” templates are for individual downloads on and your “page” templates are for the download detail screen.
Where are the templates for the listing page itself held and where do I find their IDs?

Thank you so much for your support, I really appreciate it.
So if the short code you mention above is the only one available for listing downloads, even with a pro version how would I show your “Call to action 4” example on https://try.wpdownloadmanager.com/ready-to-use-templates/ ?

I need to know how I can show different download listings before I decide to upgrade to pro.

The template type is fine – I understand.
However how do I define what template I am going to use to list all my downloads?
For example I am currently using the following on my listing screen but it doesnt mention the listing layout template anywhere:

[wpdm_all_packages login=0 thumb=1 items_per_page="20" jstable=1 order_by="field_name" order="ASC/DESC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|categories|update_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Update Date|Download::155px"]
