Any luck with this? The trouble remains, and hobbles the site, so I have to keep WPDM deactivated. Also, who ever was supposed to help ended up leaving the site for several days with a bunch of deactivated plugins so users were unable to sign in.

Anyway, I would very much appreciate any news as to whether we have any understanding of the problem!
