Good morning, I tried both features (download & email) and they worked.
What’s causing the problem?

1. The download button doesn’t appear on the form
> I see the download button appears. It looks like you added a hidden field with the value “[wpdm_package_id]”. But I’ve added it before, but it didn’t work (I deleted it afterward), I don’t know. Any explanation for this?

2. Not receiving email
> How do you fix this? If this problem occurs again in the future, I’ll know what to do.

3. Is there a way to have the “download” button also send the file via email?

Currently, I can only choose one option. If I choose to download, it will not be sent via email, and vice versa.
