Hi, I asked a question on 26th of Sept asking a basic yes no type question on how the facebook like function work sand did not get a response. I paid for the plugin in good faith and the support comments on your home page testimonial.

I can wait that long for answers and with your supposed download numbers I expected a lot more in terms of customer service.

I note your comment on 1st October but that did not answer my question. I have to keep moving developing websites and went with s2Member as it did what I wanted and was documented well and has good support.

Hi Shaon,

With the reported number base of sales and the comments about support on your home page that went a way to me buying the plugin, I expected better response time for my support questions and even a basic definition of what the plugin does for facebook likes with multiple packages and the same FB page..

Hi Shaon,

Can you please confirm how the Facebook like function is meant to work in the scenario of multiple packages. see my question/comments above.

Thanks

Hi, I just checked out the console in chrome and there is a syntax error in the submit button code for the WPDM form. This will be why the password and email alert are not downloading. Do you get the same?

thanks,

The main feature I bought the plugin for was that FB lock and with these others wrinkles it is becoming a choir to get this plugin doing what I want across browers.

Note: I also got the loading line at the bottom of my page while the plugin is active.

Hi, I also have an issue of FB lock not downloading a package if FB like has already been clicked for the nominated FB site for a package.

I was hoping to have the same ‘FB Like’ be able to be sufficient for someone who has liked one download link to then not have to validate if they go to download another package from my site which also has the same FB lock on a package. Is this how the feature is meant to work?

Thanks,
Mike
