How you don’t see any issue? I try now and I cannot select any member to allow access to the package. I can do only on admin backend, no in frontend. Please add a package on front end and share it only to demouser.

Hi, the link of the page “carica file” was https://www.mediaced.it/carica-file. Now I renamed to https://www.mediaced.it/pannello-gestione-file/
If you are talking about the url in the plugin settings, now they are the predefined wpdm-category and wpdm-package.
In this way still I have conflict in the frontend.
Chrome inspection give me the error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()
Please I need to fix this issue, cannot work in this way.
I am waiting for your solution ASAP.

Hi, I try again but doesn’t work. I start to digit but no any Ajax search works. I tested with Safari and Chrome. About the username this is really different respect the name of user and I cannot know the username of every user. Let’s say that user named John Doe has the username Jolly how can I assign the package to him? Jolly is really different respect his real name. At least please add an option on the plugin configuration so admin choose what display (username or real name). In my case for example the real name will be always different because I work with companies.
I got another issue, if I click on the links shown on the add package form (in Italian the names of these links are: “opzioni di blocco” and “icone”, they are the name of 2 tabs) nothing happen. Why?

Hi, i have already this add-on. Where do I have to add the short code? In a page copying and paste inside short code widget of a page with Gutembger WP editor? Or simply copy and paste in a paragraph? I try the first solution but doesn’t work.
