is there any update?

On this Version: 4.9.3. everything was working fine. We didn’t change single-wpdmpro.php.

Now the issue is that after updated version. I re-install previous one then got the same issue (disappearing the additional preview images).

I already did that even I’ve installed the previews version. It’s still disappearing the additional preview images.

Here again i can explain the flow which i implement before.

When user post the package they will attach featured image and additional preview image.

In Home page The package will show the featured image with it’s description. Secondly when user click on the pacakge it will redirect to it’s detail page (singlewpdmpro.php). Where the additional image shows like a thumbnail slider. If user didn’t post the additional images the only attached featured image will show with full width.

That’s all.

Now we have the issue of disappearing the additional images with the latest.

So what should we do? The problem is still not resolved. I already explain that I’ve more than 20,000 thousand packages on my live website. (https://www.frebers.com/). If i update your one line of code. It will destroy all older packages with 404 error image like on staging serve.

I understand this will work for the new packages but what we will do for the older packages? Did you get my point? Please let me know If you need more expatiation?

We are really stuck and can’t post the graphics at live site. You are requested to please find the best possible solution.

Yes I’ve checked. All the additional preview images for the packages is missing, Before it was not and working fine.
The same packages I’ve on my live site. e.g you can find the difference between below links.

Now additional preview is missing for every package but if you see in the inspect element you can see the path of the additional preview images.
Please go to package details page in edit mode then inspect the additional preview image meta box.

I’ve 20,000 packages in my live site. Do you mean should i update each package?

Please have a detail review what’s already implemented. Please revert the code and visit the above links. After that visit the each post in edit mode where you can see the attached additional preview image and featured image. I think it’s better way of understanding.

Hi,

Additional Previews is still not working. I’m getting 404 error image instead of getting original source of additional preview. It’s working with the old all posts.

When i add new package post, It will give us the 404 error image in single category page. That issue will come only with when we add new post.

It would be great if you please resolve this issue as earlier as possible. Because I’ve so many post which i want to publish. Can’t post due to this issue.
