I saw this was the problem, i sent you the screenshots.
But OK, i found out what the problem was/is: the plugin Really Simple SSL has some options and one of them that disables the option to add new user without a warming!
Resetting the plugin to standerd settings did the trick..

I think both passwords should be the same… when registering
When I fill in as the fist password “John” and in the second “Richard” the registration is accepted, but I think there should be an error saying that both passwords are not identical.
