Hello,
I saw this was the problem, i sent you the screenshots.
But OK, i found out what the problem was/is: the plugin Really Simple SSL has some options and one of them that disables the option to add new user without a warming!
Resetting the plugin to standerd settings did the trick..

After removing the asterix in the field and saving it works now

Same problem here: stats are not counting after updating to latesat version 5.3.4
5.3.3 version was OK.
Please repair

Any news about this problem?
The downloads of some users are also not saved in the sql-table.
So the question is still: why downloads shown for some users and not for other users (all users have the same privileges)

Hello. This answer does not make any sense… It is a new user who has never downloaded any file so far, so it is not a repeating download.
Sorry to say, but this is a serious problem, So, please take another look to this problem. I myself delved in the database and saw that the downloads are for some users are NOT counted. The downloads are also not shown in the dasboard

Hello Nayeem,

I think both passwords should be the same… when registering
When I fill in as the fist password “John” and in the second “Richard” the registration is accepted, but I think there should be an error saying that both passwords are not identical.
