have you acces to the files sucessfull ?

i tried 2 test :
First (export google spreadsheet file in xlsx then convert in csv with comma separator with excel) : bulk import found 999 package instead of 1. And no package created after import.
Second (copy and paste my google spreadsheet lines in excel document then export as csv file with comma separator encoding UTF-8) : bulk import found 1 package and no package created after import.

I couldn’t because i use the software “Google Spreadsheet”, and the image attached use excel’s software.

Have you any solution for me please ?

For information when i upload this file with bulk import, every think work good except the special characters who become “@$/”…
