I have discovered that the conflict is with the Formidable Forms Bootstrap add-on. When I deactivate the add-on, it works perfectly. However, this styling is very tough to choose to deactivate. When I attempt to use the WPDM settings to disable bootstrap JS or CSS it also deactivates, or blocks, the loading of the Formidable Forms Bootstrap style.
So, the only fix was to disable the Formidable Forms Bootstrap Add-on and then rewrite a lot of CSS code.
I’m telling you this because I use Formidable Forms a lot. It is in the top 3 or 4 most popular form builders. I only have a couple of WPDM licenses, but this conflict would be a consideration for future purchases. You may want to take a look further into resolving this conflict. A friendly suggestion ๐
