When the 0bytes issue will be fixed if select file from server?

1. I’m uploading file from server to organize the file category on the server side. If upload from select file option, I cannot organize them on the server side. I’m still prefer to upload from server because most of the 4K & 8K movie contents will takes 5GB sizes. When this 0 bytes error will be back to normal if select file from server?
2. Update package? What do you means?

It’s not fixed yet. The file size still showing 0kb.

But when I try to download the file, it is a workable without any issue.

Somehow, when I’m trying to get file from the server, it stuck as below image.

Please rectify.
