I do have the latest version, I know this was in the previous version, but was fixed partially, i.e in the attaching file one by one individual download works well, but if you attached a whole directory, it doesn’t

I still have the same issue with individual downloads, I deactivated all the plugins, but still..nothing
about the support, I never saw support like you, from what I know there should be an EMAIL to send my problem on, not just a forum !!
and about the no real fixes, because actually nothing has been fixed till now, and about harming my business because I already have clients waiting for their download links and didn’t get them yet, because of your delay to answer !!
I just want you to know that your attitude is harming me and my business, no real support, no real fixes, nothing, just I buy the plugin and I am on my own !!
you should send an email to all your subscribers with the new update, or even make a sticky post here with the updated plugin, I really don’t know what to say..!!

ok but this requires password, I want it only to require email..!
the download started without password, or email prompt !!
I want to attach more than one file, how to do that (without compressing them automatically in zip for the user)
