We did notice that the download is not automatically becoming draft on the expiry date, is there a setting for that?

Thanks, I actually got the server guys to change the settings, install ghostscript etc, so my server guys asked you to please check again and run diagnostics if possible. We updated the php and installed all needed php modules.

Maybe your developers can please check it again? And 2nd issue is that the expiry date is also not showing again, it was working until yesterday.
