unfortunately, i am still not able to use WPDM Pro as intended – the problem persists. I have checked the directory permissions, they haven’t changed and it worked before. The PHP error log is not outputting any errors or warnings related to the issue.

Let me know if you can assist further in finding the bug – i can provide you any neccessary credentials if need be.
