Yes, the package has “Must agree with terms” lock and “Email Lock”. Does that mean that single-file download is not possible?

Hi Shahriar. Thank you for your help. I am not able to read your reply. It looks like it has been marked as private, and I did not receive an email about it. I tried the license again and it worked now, so I am guessing you reset it for me. Thank you.

I have just one more issue: The MailChimp add-on is installed on 1 of my 2 sites. It shows as “updated” in both, but the MailChimp button is not available in the settings of the 2nd site. How do I install it?

Hi. I just bought the Pro license, but I am realizing that I need a Business license for multi-site support. Can you help me upgrade?
