That appears to have worked! Great find, can’t believe I missed it. Thanks!

I tried to work with WPengine on this today and ruled out some of the Caching ideas:

03:19:17 PM) Support: I was able to replicate what you’re seeing on the site. When I logged into the backend I cannot seem to move from the page I’m on.
(03:20:43 PM) ST Webadmin: Ah, there you go. That is the issue.
(03:24:20 PM) Support: It doesn’t appear to be a server caching issue. I was able to completely clear the caching and cache exclude the entire site however it still won’t let me past the first page after login.
(03:26:57 PM) EST Webadmin: Anything else you can think to try or look at?
(03:30:13 PM) Support: At this point I’ve also tried to replicate this issue in an incognito window where there isn’t any browser caching with cookies or other caching factors and I’ve been able to replicate this as well. It leads me to believe that this is a caveat with the plugin itself as something within it is keeping you from logging in. I’d recommend removing it until the author has an update for this issue.

Nice catch on the WP-engine being common. If you can post or relay your findings it would be greatly appreciated.

I haven’t enough time to troubleshoot this but it is very frustrating.
I can disable the plugin via ftp (change folder name of wpdm folder)
Regain access to the back of the site
Reenable the plugin
Wait a few minutes
Redirect error occurs and I am locked out again.

For me yes. the /wp-admin redirects to http://tshrproduction.wpengine.com/distributor-login/?redirect_to=https://tshrproduction.wpengine.com/wp-admin/
I only have the wpdm login form displayed and any click I make to access the back end of the site redirects to the wpdm login form

I think you misunderstood. The login still redirects

I do have a dropdown but all three links just redirect to the same page

redirect

Notice the URL

This is the second time this has happened.

When it happened the first time I had to restore from a backup before installing WPDM

OP

After a user has logged in, I would like them to be able to simply download from a list of files.
See below:

Login to download

However, an authenticated user is being prompted to “Login to Download” instead of seeing a link to download.

If the user has already logged in, why are they seeing this?

Also when clicking “Login to download” the page just reloads
