Problem solved! Here is what my hosting provider did:

My hosting support tells me to give another try to see if now you can access. They have rechecked the security issues. If not, they are asking me to let them reproduce the error. In case you keep getting the same error, can you tell me what should they do to get the same error as you get? Thanks.
