Update: apparently the problem was caused by wpdm-custom-access-level/wpdm-custom-access-level.php which has been disabled.

Same here get a Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wpdm_query_var()

I have the same problem and followed what you said; download v 4.6.9, installed and it won’t install because is says the destination folder already exist. Do I remove all the files from the folder and attempt another install and then copy the files back. Seems as if there should be an easier way.

Okay I edit the file but that didn’t work any other suggestions.
