Guys, we are still struggling on this here. I paid for a plugin that does not work. This is not the problem; the problem is that you don’t respond after 6 days now which makes me really nervous and my clients unhappy.

Please let me know how we move on. We installed the most recent version of the pro plugin. The free version works well, the pro version slows down the website to a maximum that it cannot be reached any further.

1) we installed all pear packages
2) we checked all chmod server rights and re-uploaded the plugins several times using different codings

So the free version works but the pro version not 😉 This is really strange and I start being unhappy.

I am struggling with the same problem. After activating the newest download manager pro version my website runs so slowly that it takes up to 3 minutes for a page to load… This is sad.

This would make truly sense 😉

When you put in “prostate” all files containing “prostate” show up. Second, after listing all these files and selecting “Order by: Popularity” it shows up all files. But I put “prostate” in it, why aren’t there files listed by popularity containing the word “prostate” but all other files too?

2. I was not asking for individual files in a package but having “tags” to make files finding better for the users. Currently your search function does not work with tags but only with the file name. So is it possible to add tags for files in order to find them using these tags within the search function?

now there is no error message anymore but the names are not showing up. Are you sure that the variables are named this way? We are using the normal first and last name variables form the wordpress users.

unfortunately it doesnt work. I’ve attached 2 screenshots. The one from the pvupd.php and one of the error in the backend. Also only one variable doesn’t work as well. What do you think? I also attached the pvupd.php of which I think must be the right one.
