Okay – thank you. You are correct. The issue was on the Mailchimp side.

In our Mailchimp list there was an Audience Field Merge Tag that was ‘required’.

The required tag/field was not in the Email Lock popup form – so no subscriber data was accepted into the MC list.

I have removed the required field in the MC list settings, and now data is being passed onto Mailchimp.
