Hello,

We upgraded the WPDM plugin to version 5.3.5, but this feature does not work yet.
Was it expected to be fixed in this WPDM version? Or will it be handled in a future version?

Hello,

This is a useful feature, but it would be good to have a checkbox above all the roles so you can check/uncheck all boxes at once for ReadOnly (something like “Select All”) because when you have lots of roles (~ 100 ) it would take a lot of time to check/uncheck each and every role.

Hi Shahjada,

We noticed there is a newer version of Amazon S3 Extension for WPDM available (2.9.0), but we could not find where to configure the read-only access to the S3 storage.

Was this feature included in the 2.9.0? Or should it be in a future version?

Please let us know if this is added in the version that will be released soon and some instructions on how to activate/deactivate the Read-Only option.

OK, I did not see your second comment before posting my reply.

Is there any time estimate for the next update of the plugin?

This feature is vital to our use-case. It is keeping us from upgrading to the latest WordPress and WPDM versions.

OK, thanks for the update!

What about disabling/removing the highlighted buttons?
The idea is keeping “Read-Only” access from the web interface.
