Yes. …can’t do that with the free version…and can’t post in this forum….and I’ve explained that all the process worked ok except the tags….
Can you provide me a link to the 6.14 version if it’s true it worked ok as one of your colleagues said…

If version 6.1.4 worked ok as one of you colleagues said in other thread, please provide me link to this version just to do the import….then I will upgrade
