I want to remove the one year renewal and make this product perpetual for my clients when they buy it.
I have the Pro version and the Premium packages.
Hello. I mean for my products in my website. I don´t want certain products to have a 1 year period. I want to remove the expiry date from them.

I just got 5 more people suffering of the same problem and not being able tu purchase.
This was working fine before all these “updates”.
Please take a look into this. I bought other items yesterday in other store fronts and I did not have a problem with the Paypal Pop Up window in those sites.

Thanks Anh I will try this, since there is no response from these guys and yes v6 is a complete nightmare. The worse, is that each update makes it worse and worse.
I am pretty disappointed and I totally regret using this platform now.
In another post with the same problem you said you fix the issue but you don’t say what was the problem.
I am sorry. What does this article means. The orders were working fine before. I upgraded to v 6.0.6 and now the orders are empty.
The orders are empty even if I create an order from the admin account.
Again this upgrade broke the whole system.
The only thing I did was upgrade!

After I rebuilt the package I ran a test purchase and now it is working and the license in the front end is now popping out.
Basically the site is working again after I deactivated WPDM to make Beaver Builder work again, removed the blocks that contained the short codes, reactivated WPDM, reassigned the files to the package, etc…
This cannot be happening each time there is an update.
Still the shortcode from the premium packages is not working as it should.
I rebuild the package completely. And fixed my home page. I had to deactivate WPDM to be able to use Beaver Builder again. Removed the broken shortcodes. Reactivated WDPM and create again the Beaver Builder blocks.
I rebuild the blocks in Beaver builder. Now I need to redo my home page…
