Hi Shahjada.

Could you please:

– Keep the recent Order ID# WPDM5E89D84F1FCCF as it is (All Add-ons Developer License)

– Create one single WP Download Manager Business Plan (2-5 sites)

Please kindly note that my previous orders were still to renew in Dec (Order ID# 5c197254e1ef2) and Sep (Order ID# WPDM5D8763C410E8B). It would be great if you could apply some discount related to the not used months.

Sorry for all the requests. This one seems to be more clear from my side.

I think I have not been clear enough with my request.

What I need is:

– Download Manager Pro v5.0
– All Add-ons

These are for 2-5 sites. Both the Download Manager and the add-ons.

Instead of multiple licenses and separate renew prices, why can you do to combine into one single license and order?

I will update the licenses on my sites to the new one.

A couple of questions/request:

1) I can’t see the new Developer license to update my websites. How can I access it?

2) It seems that one of the two subscriptions I asked to be replaced continues as active for auto renew (Order ID# WPDM5D8763C410E8B). Could you please cancel the auto-renew?
