As stated in my last comment, TestPay works fine. I still have not got any other customer who made a purchase yet. So, I do not know if the real payment will work correctly or not.

How do I do that, I don’t see the option?

I am not sure how to test it, other than going through and making the real purchase. There is no sandbox option to test it for me.

OK, I have changed the setting to “Post Name“. Is there anything else I am supposed to do, or that is it?

How does permalink settings supposed to be set? Custom Structure? Post name? I currently have it set as default Plain at the moment.

Yes, it has been (and always was supposed to be) disabled. But for some reason, my last customer purchase went through as a guest. And it ended up not going through the payment gateway (PayPal) correctly. Check out my other post for that problems.

Sure, I will try to explain. Currently when I add my download items for customers to purchase there are only two options (or there is only one option) to put in the price. That is good for the regular downloads that I have so far.

Now comes, that I would like to add the option for the customers to have the option (if they choose) to go the subscription route with the same downloads. If they pay a monthly/yearly subscription they can download the same items for FREE. I want to do this without having to set up a different system (plugin) if possible.

There was the user management system (subscription service) that I tried to install but it ended up locking my users out and not letting them log in. So I uninstalled it.

I already have the FREE addon that I am using. Thank you for the recommendation. My question still stands. I need to be able to add a subscription product to my cart aside from the downloadable products that I have. That I can grant access to the downloads. Can it be done? Or is that out of the question?

I am still looking for a way to resolve this. Not sure if what I have done in the post prior was supposed to fix the problems. IE: updating the two pages: “Cart Page” and “Order Page”. I am new to this plugin and trying to figure it out. TIA.
