Okay, so I’ve been playing with it.
Added 1 package containing only one file – Test File #1 – this contains one image and it works fine – I put the shortcode on the page and the name of the package shows up with the download icon – it links correctly and I can download it.
The other package contains 2 files – one is an image and the other is a PDF – Test File #2 – the name and icon do not show up – it’s first on the page, just says “download”, then when you click on it, it says “link-expired”
And here’s a link to page where I placed the shortcode:
http://rab-1.com/contractors/ — Just says Download – no link – no button – no package name
This is the shortcode I placed there: [wpdm_package id='3221']
I still can’t get a download to work… I’ve created another package – I can get the image to download but not the pdf…
Here’s a link – Password for pdf is 9999 it just says “file not found” over and over again

I’ve tried changing many different settings, but i can’t make this work?
Well, you’re the best for doing that!
So, I went to the page and two things:
1) still says “File Not Found” when I go to download it, which I did, then I open it and it says “File not found or deleted from server”
2) The page is now a Blog Page – can I just tell your program to make full-width page, no sidebar, no commenting?
Now if I go to download the file, it says “File Not Found”..
Also, how do I make download page be full width template instead of this sidebar: http://rab-1.com/download/project-1343-es-web-design/
How the heck do i upgrade to version 4 – I’ve deleted the plugin, gone back to my initial downloads, re-downloaded everything, including “download-manager-4.1.0.zip” My plugin page still says “There is a new version of Download Manager available. View Version 4.1.0 Details »” No easy way to upgrade?
