I had several issues with the Pro version. The Facebook lock did not work as mentioned above (earlier email) and now another problem came up. For some reason the Pro version was displaying a message at the bottom (in the footer section) “X Loading. . .”. In addition, my site was running extremely slow. I am running the very popular Atahualpa theme. I am not sure what was going on but when I uninstalled the Pro version the message “X Loading. . .” was gone and my site was running fast again.
As of right now your plugin is not installed on my site. I had to delete everything. The main reason I purchased the plugin is for the Facebook lock, and it’s not working. And how I am experiencing other issues. I am not going to be able to use the Pro version. It’s turning out to be too much work for me. I need to be creating content and not spending my time on these issues.
If my payment for the product is good for life then I would be willing to wait and perhaps try again at a later date (few months) to see if the issues are resolved. If the payment I made is a yearly fee I would like my money back. I really like the idea of your plugin and wish I could use it. I have many visitors coming to my site thus I simply just do not have the time to spend on these issues. I hope you understand. I have to spend 99% of my time on creating content not tracking down why something is not doing what it should be doing.
