thank you… another issue is that if you download all files as a zip, it puts inside the zip the full path… i mean, if the web is in /var/www/vhosts/domain/httpdocs/… it creates all these subdirectories!! You can use the same user credentials if you need them…

Same problem… and cache dir IS WRITABLE!!! 🙁
