Thanks, Ah ok as soon as as I use the custom template the package size doesn’t seem to work.The default works fine like you suggested. I’m not doing anything out of the ordinary in the template we’ve created (DSCP Download Page Template)?

<div class=”template-LHS”>
[pdf_thumb]
<div class=”dm-custom-download-box”>
<!–<span class=”dm-custom-document-title”>[title]</span>–>
<span class=”dm-custom-download-btn”>
Download File<span>
<div class=”dm-custom-meta”>
<p>File size: [package_size]<p>
<p>Creation date: [create_date]<p>
<p>Update date: [update_date]<p>
<p>Download count: [download_count]<p>
<p>Category: [categories]<p>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class=”template-RHS”>
<div>
[description]
<div class=”dm-custom-file-list”>
[file_list]
</div>
</div>
</div>

Thank but I can see you also added your document to https://wp-test.durham.gov.uk/dscp/download/test-3-2/ and that did not work. So the problem is inconsistent?

The procedure I’ve just tried is > I’ve uploaded the file to the server via ‘assets’ added the file vie the ‘Select from Server’ button. Once publish no file size is showing. Sometimes it works sometimes not. On the latest it does not, why?

Hi, thanks but there must be some kind of bug as I’ve tried the following, https://wp-test.durham.gov.uk/dscp/download/dscp-vision-and-values/ and again no file size. I’ve added this via the browse, not through media library or external url. If I can’t get this working then this plugin is not going to work for me at all. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.

Thanks, I’ve tried that twice now on two different documents but it just leaves it empty. It does not recalculate the size.

Sorry, not sure I understand. Do you mean delete the package size and then update and it should calculate the true size of all documents?

Ok Great thanks I’ve tried that way and that works. However when you add multiple files and the package becomes a zip file the size is not calculated it still shows the file size of the original first upload.

In the image I can see your upload displaying the file size but the newer ones I’ve added are blank or 0.00kb

Thanks, but I’ve added a new one to the top and still no file size displaying. Do I have to manually add the size in. Does the system populate this for me? Also adding more files to your package does not increase the overall size.

I’ve found the clear option under Settings > Privacy > Clear all cache
