I finally found the way to solve the problem by compressing the video (which was 5Go big) to 500Mo, and now it’s working.
So in fact it was certainly linked to the Cache…

With [video_player_900x600] tag, the video player is showing, but there is no content showing, the loading circle is showing permanently…

The import of all tags worked perfectly, thanks a lot for this plugin, because it would had been an excessive job to perform this manually !
Regarding site language, the extensions were not working with my site, Polylang crashed the main menu. And other plugins are too expensive to only translate your WPDM plugin.
So I created a .po file to translate manually the strings which were still in English in the WPDM Directory add-on.
I still have one remaining issue :
when using update button in WPDM parameters (Updates tab), the archive page plugin is not updating correctly, and went desactivated.
I had to reinstall it manually each time.
Why is this update not working seemless ?

The CSV was generated by the export methode from WPDM, on a similar website. So it is confusing that the info and discount columns are not imported.
Now when I import the CSV file, it detects :
Packages Found: 348
and after a while, it displays :
Import completed
But then nothing is diplaying in the Packages section.
The import process doesn’t go to the end…

This is the current upload limit on my environment : 128 Mo. Is this enough ? Should I increase it ?
I send you the CSV file and admin temp login in a private reply, so that you can check. If it works on your side, the problem will be coming from my environment, otherwise if it comes from the file, it will avoid me to deactivate all plugins to check if there is a conflict.

Is there a way to do it faster than manually editing each file ?
For example by Export / Import csv ?
Or by editing database ?
I have search in wp_posts database, I find the files but not this parameter. Is there another database in which this info is stored ?
For audio player, is it possible to add a text for “Play” button ?

Regarding files not found, the path of files added by bulk import is still not correct.
I have modified manually the 100 first files by selecting again the file one by one, but this is really boring.
Is there a way to correct the path globally for all files ?

Thank you for solving problem of width of audio files.
I would like to use the short codes [doc_preview] and [video_player_800] in personal templates.
But when I clone a standard template to modify it by adding short codes, the template is not recognized.
I have created a “Video template” and paste the id of this link template in the Video page shortcode, but it doesn’t work.
And if I want to do a Page template, I don’t know how to link it to the page. There is no page template in short codes I use for Video and Documents pages…
Could you please help me for this ?

Regarding audio problem, it seems that all audio downloads have lost link to audio files…
If I click on Download, I get a text file “file not found”.
Why are the links broken (they were generated by bulk import).

OK, I have found the solution.
WPDM – Archive Page component had been deactivated.
So the problem is solved.
But I have another :
– how to embed video player in details page of a download ?
– mp3 audio player is not working with big files

Thanks for the support.
I followed your instructions and it works again.
I think the problem came from an update of the extension.
Should I only do the updates manually, and not with automatic update feature ?
