Changing the theme did not resolve the issue. I will contact our admin. Thanks.

I have already tried disabling all plugins except WPDM and checking a package after disabling each plugin. This did not help. I also tried clearing the cache on the site as well as on my browser and that did not help. I will try switching to a different theme. That resolved the issue when it occurred last year.
