Also it appears I am unable to test with Stripe’s Test Mode. When I enable it, I cannot progress to the payment form. What could be causing this?

I have four PAGE categories (not post categories). I need download manager to be able to see these existing page categories and let me assign my packages to these. Is this possible?
I don’t think i understand. Can you explain more about recreating the categories or running an SQL query making combination?

Can someone help me understand how this was resolved? I have the same issue where I need to categorize my downloads using existing wordpress categories (i don’t want to re-create those categories inside WPDM).
Both of those, and I suspect all of them.
It doesn’t appear to be related to the admin confirmation. Even the new account Welcome email has the same issues.
Is there a faster way to check it other than repeatedly placing test orders?
Deleted the webhook and recreated one with Account type instead of Connect:

Ran another purchase in live mode, same issue – order is “processing”.
There were still no entries in the webhook logs after making the purchase.
I just completed the following test:
1. Enable test mode in WPDM Stripe settings. Make a purchase using test credit card number. Immediately order status was set to “Completed”, and was able to download the file. Everything worked properly.
2. Disable test mode in WPDM Stripe settings. Make a new purchase using real credit card. Immediately order status was set to “Processing” and was NOT able to download the file.
3. Checked webhook logs in Stripe as you requested. There is no webhook activity. This is the page:

So this is still not working. Could it be related to the webhook configuration?
