Does WPDM rely on .media-body even though it is in use on bootstrap?

Thank you. I figured out that in bootstrap there’s a declaration for media.body:

.media-body {
width: 10000px;

And it appears the WPDM plugin is also using the name media.body.

I added the following to my css and the problem was resolved:

.w3eden .media-body {width: 100%;}

I have updated to 6.08. Deactivated and then reactivated the premium packages plugin. No change. We are unable to download anything after purchasing.

I have set up a test pay option so you may try it.

Thanks,

I have figured out that the conflict is with Gravity Forms, as the problem disappears when I disable GF.

How can we figure out what’s not working so that I can use GF along with WPDM? Seems like GF is a popular plugin and others may be having the same issue.

Thanks.

Thank you, I am familiar with a tooltip. However, as you can see from my screenshot, the tooltip is appearing as a full-width grey bar in which no text is visible. This is not normal behavior for a tooltip.

Hello, do you have any update on this?

Thank you for updating. I still don’t see a field in the Stripe gateway settings to set a redirect url.

Also it appears I am unable to test with Stripe’s Test Mode. When I enable it, I cannot progress to the payment form. What could be causing this?

Thank you. I would like to change category registered name in WPDM so it uses page category. How can I do that?

Thank you, but I am not trying to copy post categories to downloads categories.

I have four PAGE categories (not post categories). I need download manager to be able to see these existing page categories and let me assign my packages to these. Is this possible?

I don’t think i understand. Can you explain more about recreating the categories or running an SQL query making combination?

How will that plugin help? I don’t need to change post types.

Can someone help me understand how this was resolved? I have the same issue where I need to categorize my downloads using existing wordpress categories (i don’t want to re-create those categories inside WPDM).

Both of those, and I suspect all of them.
