Thank you for fixing this. Just to affirm, I’m very happy with the download manager program, I was just frustrated that the problem wasn’t being resolved. It is now working and I am grateful for your help in achieving this good outcome.

If you take the time to look at this page: http://www.myopiaprofile.com/download/chinese-version/ you will see that the email is sent, indicating that there is nothing wrong with wp_mail , but if you look at this page http://www.myopiaprofile.com/download/english-version/ you will see that the email doesn’t work.

We are unable to debug a problem with your software, so please just fix it. Just to be clear your standard email form sends an email the Form Lock add in doesn’t – so the problem CANNOT be with wp_mail.

So the problem is with your Form Lock add in. Please fix the problem that exists with your plug in. I am getting so fed up with your failure to fix this problem, please supply the support for the product that I have purchased from you in good faith. If this continues I am going to start giving bad reviews wherever I can to prevent others having to suffer your product.

Just to follow up on this – the plugin editor has now been turned on so I would be grateful if you could rectify the fault.

The developer who set up our server has restricted ftp to my ip address, so I can easily upload if you can send me a file. But I will see what I can do about enabling the plugin editor.

…. and I have followed all set up directions and included the hidden field, and tested with ‘Allow field to be populated dynamically’ checked and unchecked, but neither situation works.

I have purchased form lock which is working through a Gravity Form but does NOT send email despite having this selected – please can you advise.

Please be aware that when I tested this using email lock before I installed Form Lock it did work, so I know it can send an email, but it isn’t sending it with the Form Lock setting.

I would like to use direct category url, but it doesn’t work. Check it out: http://www.myopiaprofile.com/downloads/profile/ where downloads is the category URL base and profile is the category. I have made the changes you advised in your previous reply.

I haven’t even got to the point of thinking about email lock because the direct category url doesn’t work.

Thank you for being here together to clear up the confusion. Perhaps you can fix why the direct category url as above isn’t working? Until then I have paid for something that isn’t working.
