Do you have an idea of what code it’s interfering with?

I found the solution. When you mentioned FTP access, I recalled that I had set up an .htaccess rule to redirect queries to the individual product pages /downloads/ to the home page. When I removed one of the two rules, the situation resolved.

Thank you so much for looking into this and the point in the right direction.

I would like to customize the look of the cart page, namely removing the continue shopping link/button.

Any idea of an ETA ?
