Hm, I have the addon activated and it isnt showing up as an option to enable form lock. On a side note i have also been having trouble with the Premium Package plugin.

I get this Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/76/7124776/html/assuritydsp/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-premium-packages/my-orders.php on line 81.

Not sure if the two are related, but even after deactivating both and trying one at a time the form addon isnt working… any ideas. Thanks
