everything is set like in your screenshot. The only thing ist, that I have relative path without doain-name:
/html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads

So whats the problem here?

What do you mean? If I import from Media-Library secured download-links work already?

How is syntax for .htaccess, so that wordpress and its plugins can handle the files and only direkt downlaoding for users is forbidden?
