The problem though is that I had to overwrite the functions.php file per your instruction (see post: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/domain-license-transfer-and-broken-template-issue/#post-6763 ) in order to fix a template issue. So how can I get it working without triggering the template issue again?
