OK, but is there a method that I can use within the template to replace that search field?
You get the chance to look into the issue?
OK, so what should be done to fix it?
It actually was working before. Im not sure what has changed to prevent the functionality now.
I’m not sure what’s used for that particular search. It was already used in the header on the template that I used for that page.
Thanks you so much.
Quick question. Is it possible to make subcategories on the Category pages?
Ah, ok.
Thanks for responding so quickly. I have another question. So im using this search feature that was just on the Attire template in the banner of this page: https://marketing.sswhitedental.com/home/
For some reason its stopped working and I get a 404. Do you have any idea as to why the search isn’t working now?
Quick question. If im making a csv file does it matter what I make the ID number?
OK, but If I upload a csv file with only new packages (that aren’t currently in download manager) then it will only add packages correct? Nothing will be altered on the packages that are already on the site right?
If I import a csv file does it overwrite packages or just add packages that arent there currently?
Wait. But I would have to have a CSV file with all the packages in it already right?
OH, OK, I thought there was the ability to let the user know that they need to login to view the files in that category? OK, so no way to make a not to the user. I already have the “Hide everything” turned on. I was just trying to find out if I can now leave a message on those pages to let my users know that they need to login or register to see the contents of this category.
Yes, I already checked that area. There is nothing there about the message that I need the user to see:
https://prnt.sc/t6eaar
Yea, that’s what im saying. There is no message. Where do I go in the add the message that they should see? Right now the categories that are locked are blank like this: https://prnt.sc/t5oyfd
OK, so currently i have this category set up so the roles who should have access to the packages under this category are subscribers etc. https://prnt.sc/t5ouxt and that part is working fine. So if I click on that category I don’t see the packages if im not logged in.
So it looks like this on that category page if im not logged in: https://prnt.sc/t5oyfd
But I would like for there to be a message on the pages like this: https://prnt.sc/t5ozwl that tells the user that they need to login to see the contents in that category. Where would I add the message so that it will display on those pages?
Hello, Where would I set a message that tells the user that they will need to register/sign in to see the contents of that category?
OK, great. Where would I set a message that tells the user that they will need to register/sign in to see the contents of that category?
Well, I will have some packages on the site that anyone can just go to the site and view/download. But I want to have some packages that they have to login the view/download. So I don’t want them to even be able to see it if they aren’t logged in.
ok great! Thanks
and how do I adjust the width of the buttons here?
