hello
I have this in my file but the packages aren’t displaying in the right order still.
Where do I place this code in the file?
Hey. Why wont this updated again?
This has disappeared again! does that link take me to the most recent version again?
OK, it’s working now.
Thanks for your response.
Nevermind I think I got it figured out.
Thanks for the help! You showed me which page to edit!
Oh, this is nice but I really just need a back button to take them back to what ever page they were on before coming to that Category page. These people will get confused easily if the page is taking them to the next category versus just being able to go back.
Sure. thanks!
Thank you! Please let me know when you have the opportunity as soon as you can.
Hello. Im wanting to change the order that the packages display to be in alphabetical order. Can you please help with this? You fixed this before but it has reverted back to being in ofer by published date.
I was saying that you fixed the issue once before on my other ticket titled “Change of search results settings”. Then I pasted some of the code that you included in the message. I just need our packages to display in alphabetical order on my site.
Well you responded to my other ticket “Change of search results settings” with the code that is needed.
“Hello,
I have made the solution for your issue, please put this code,
$cpage[‘orderby’] = ‘title’;
$cpage[‘order’] = ‘ASC’;
in taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php file in download-manger > tpls. you can put between this code
$cpage[‘toolbar’] = (int)$cpage[‘heading’];
$cpage[‘async’] = 1;”
And
“Hi,
It is now working. The parameter working here, $cpage[‘order_by’] = ‘title’;. I have also updated it on your side.
Thanks.”
I think after the update the code that was added to make our packages display in alphabetical order was reverted. Can this be added back in? can we make it a permanent change on the site?
Hello, is this possible?
I’m still seeing the “Back” button here. https://prnt.sc/umiivi It wouldn’t be an issue if it worked but it doesn’t function properly.
Hello. Is it possible to use the import .csv function to update the existing packages that I have already? Are you saying that it isn’t possble, or that it is possible? Please let me know as soon as you can.
Interesting. I tried it again and it worked.
OK thanks
The license key is in the field.
My plugin wont update again?!
OK, so you’re saying Download Manager doesn’t have this functionality, we have to pay $99 per hour to have this type of feature added?
Can you please tell me if im able to update multiple packages by using the .csv download or not?
