Did you test the emailing functionality? It’s still not emailing the download link. It is now downloading the package when I click the download button while on that setting but It’s not emailing the link. Can you please assist me with this issue? I really need this to work soon.
I also spoke with my server support and they tried sending an email from one of the package pages and this was his response “I did, and I saw no reference to the email address I used anywhere in the log” “…I’m not able to find any log information showing any messages going out through the server’s hostname, it doesn’t look like the script is sending the mail at all.”
Can you help please?!!
Are you sure you didn’t see anything wrong with the plugin? Even when I select the “Download Instantly & …” option it doesn’t email the link and the download doesn’t work anymore. It’s suppose to download it instantly and then send the email as well, but neither works.
So you logged into the site and found no issues with the plugin at all? Did I have everything set up right? What should I be asking the hosting co to look for?
Thanks
ok, what email do I use in wordpress for your email address?
Thanks
I did both of these things already. The emails with the link just isn’t arriving in the email. What can be the issue?
is there something else im suppose to do other than just enable email lock?
the email lock isn’t sending an email. What’s the issue?
Thanks for your response.
ok, so once I enable email lock then each page has a link or field to send the download link via email?
I thought we already had the Developer license?
Deleting the old versions wont delete my packages right? Or mess up any templates that we’ve created? Or our Archive page?
Thanks Shaon
excellent. thanks
a plugin or do you literally mean just export in the “Tools” in WP?
Thanks
