Great, thanks for your help!
I’ve tried disabling other plugins but that didn’t help.
Unfortunately since upgrading the plugin, now the ‘View Files’ button within ‘Actions’ on the front-end doesn’t work. It opens the new tab with what looks to be the correct URL, but instead of the list of files it just loads the same dashboard page contents again.
I can send you a login to demonstrate.
Fantastic, thanks for sorting that.
Dave
Hi, yes you can re-install v4.2.1
Thanks
Yes you can, try it.
Thanks
This only started occuring when the WordPress core updated.
I’ve tried disabling all other plugins and the problem is still there. I’ve tried upgrading on a separate clone of this site and there were other problems instead, so I’d rather maintain this version if possible.
I’ll PM admin details now.
I had the same thing, my hosting company confirmed zlib was installed. I then asked them if zip was enabled and gave them the error message I was getting (Fatal Error: Class ‘ZipArchive” not found). They installed zip and everything started working fine.
Hope that helps.
Ok, all sorted now. Although zlib was installed on the server, zip wasn’t. Once that was installed the problem was fixed. Thanks for your help!
Dave
Have you had chance to look at this at all?
Kind regards,
Dave
Hi Shahriar, I just checked my server and zlib.output_compression is enabled. Any other thoughts what might be causing this problem?
