Thank you, but I had already tried these other combinations with no success. I have tried again now, but cannot get it to ‘see’ the copied version of the code. If I edit the plugin version of the wpdm-be-member.php code, then it works ok, but not if I move it into the theme.
Is there anything else I can try please?
Thanks for the prompt response. That works fine thank you.
Thanks. I have copied the plugin files to the live site already, and it looks like things are working ok even without the licence key, so I am guessing it only prevents dashboard plugin updates. I will post the licence key privately once I am happy that I don’t need the dev site cover any more.
That seems to work ok now. Thank you for fixing this. Much appreciated.
I did that, but now the page breaks (see attached screenshot).
The new version of wpdm-functions.php is 222k compared to old version which is 65k. That doesn’t seem right to me.
That’s brilliant. Works perfectly. Thanks for your intervention.
I didn’t see that parameter in the wpdm_category shortcode documentation. I’m wondering if there are more params I’m missing which I could use.
Thanks again.
@shaon I think you’re confusing me with another user. I don’t think I’m using the mail plugin and my query was related to not having multiple login forms displayed on a page where I was using multiple category shortcodes. So I’m still not sure if you have fixed my problem and what files I need to update.
What files exactly need to be download please? Is it the main download manager plugin or the special pack? You did mention doing this for me once the update was ready, but I don’t think my install has been changed yet.
That will be great. Thanks.
Thanks, but that’s not what I want.
When a visitor / user doesn’t have the permission to download a file I don’t want them to see anything – hence why I checked the “Hide Everything”. I don’t want them to see a login form either, and certainly don’t want them to see a login form for each place where the wpdm_category shortcode is used on the page.
If we cannot achieve this with the wpdm settings, then what’s the best way to hide the login form? CSS display:none perhaps?
Thanks for the quick reply, but I had already tried that. I have tried it again as you suggested but the problem is still there. I have attached a screenshot of my settings.
Hi. I’m using the WPDM (v4.5.4) special package, and am using multiple wpdm_category shortcodes on the same page. When the user is logged out I see a login form where each download file / package would be. So I currently have 3 login forms on the page, and this will increase to many login forms eventually. Can I set something in the wpdm_category shortcode so that the login form isn’t displayed please?
