As for the email, I (the admin) got an email saying “someone sent you a download link” so it appears the email portion of file cart is sending to the admin email instead of the email address entered.

The downloading files does not work fine. When I click the download button, a text file is downloaded with code titled “something-wrong.txt”

They said the same thing to me in my forum post. “soon you shall get an update.” That was the end of June. What is your definition of “soon” this is a product that we pay for and it does not work.

Hi, I am just checking on the update to the File Cart plugin? I saw an updated pushed July 16th but the issue still persists.

In addition to not being able to download a cart, when I enter an email into the field to send a cart, it instead sends the email to the WordPress Admin address and not the typed in email.

I still need a resolution on the doc viewer not loading most of the time. Especially on mobile, so many times it doesn’t load and is really inconvenient on a production website.

Any ideas about the doc viewer not loading a lot of the time?

Where a frontend user adds a new package (https://imgur.com/a/LvZhZzO) I’d rather it say “Create New Resource” and “Update Resource”

Ohh, I misunderstood the action taken when you click. I thought it would direct to the category archive page, but I see now it filters it upon clicking. No issue here, then.

Hi, something must have happened, though. I’ve gone through the steps listed above, the templates still don’t de-activate when toggling off. And I can’t even find my user created templates in the template drop down in the default values settings.

I understand wanting to offer lots of options and integrations for a versatile application, but they really need to stabilize it and ensure all of the addons work properly with each other. Most of the time my issues come down to addons conflicting with the core application.

You are right, as a pro user too this makes it even more frustrating–paying for a premium system plagued with bugs and workarounds.
