We’ve had to disable the plugin due to the fact that it broke the entire site ( We couldn’t click on any links ). But attached is a print screen of the box which appears – which I’ve highlighted in a red box

I’m having the same issue. When I disable the plugin (which I have done) it disappears. Why does this appear with version 4?
