I’m sorry – I did not notice the tab “Template Page”.
Many thanks. Everything works perfectly!

Thanks, in part helped …
But the link remains in the file download page (in attachments).
How to remove a link from there?

With regards to the first method, in the tab “Browse” I have seen only the files from the folder ../ wp-content / uploads / download-manager-files /. And go to another folder is not possible. On this and the add-on was purchased. 🙂

Sorry, but I do not understand: I have to give an account for each user to the FTP-server? Can you give an example?

There is a variant easier for me …
What file I need to edit to remove the reference to the formation of the zip-package?
I mean, both references: on the package list page and on the file page load. Or has this feature in the settings?
If this is not possible, we would like to see it in the next version of the add-on.

Thank you.

But the files are on the same server as wordpress … In a separate folder “FTP-server”…

This feature I do not really need, but I’m sure that people will not understand.
Help me to configure zip or remove links to its formation.

Thank you.

Thanks. Now it’s working properly.

There was a second question: zip function does not work.
If I press on package name, I get on the file selection page.
If I press on “Download”, the system prompts me to save the zip-file (as I understand, it from the files in the package). But file is empty.
Why is it empty?
And whether it is possible to remove the reference to the creation of the archive? From both pages: a list of packages and when selecting files.

Hi, support.
There is a problem.
My downloads are in the folder “FTP-server”.
When I select a file from the list of FTP, the way it is written as ftp:/FTP-server/example.doc
And when you press “Download”, an empty file is saved as “file-not-found.txt”.
Where could I go wrong with the settings?
If you type the correct path ftp://my_site/FTP-server/example.doc, you can download the file, you if entered ftp login and user password.
If you enter URL in the widget “Attach File” (http://my_site/FTP-server/example.doc), you can download the file.

It’s very large number of files and i don’t want to correct them manually – for this this add-on has been purchased. 🙂

Thank you for your plug-in, I hope you will help to solve my problem.
