Just to update:

When we upgraded Download Manager it removed a file called “jquery.validator.min.js”
Beaver Builder requires this file so we replaced it and things are better now.

Yes – it was the recent update that seems to be causing the issues.
The WPDM is at Version 3.2.03 and I updated our Form Lock add-on (which had to be done manually)
I have since disabled the auto update since this crashed our Resources section with WPDM and addon out of sync.
(they started working again once I had updated the Form Lock addon)

But the Beaver Builder editor stopped working properly – so I disabled the new WPDM plug-in and Beaver Builder editor worked again as expected.

I can give you a temporary log-in if necessary but we can’t willy nilly disable things as this is a live client site.
